Epoch 3 marks a significant shift in the evolution of Logos. Unlike previous epochs, it will span a full year. This extended timeframe is designed to give the Logos community the space and stability needed to transition into a fully open-source ecosystem.
Like Epoch 2, there will be no formal mint for Logos Operators, there will only be opportunities to earn an Operator through your contributions or buy one on a secondary market.
For Logos to grow into a thriving open-source ecosystem, we need active participation from contributors across all skill sets. Whether you're technical, creative, strategic, or community-focused, there’s a meaningful way for you to contribute.
Explore the opportunities outlined below to get a sense of how you can contribute, but don’t feel limited by this list. Logos thrives when individuals take initiative. If you see something that needs doing, step up and make it happen. In an open-source community, ownership comes from action, and every meaningful contribution helps move the project forward.
Introduce yourself: We are people-powered software. Tell the community about yourself and get to know your peers.
Dive into the code: Look into our code and help solve our technical challenges. Check out the for more info.
Build community: Make friends, help others, have quality conversations, and profit from a network of aligned individuals.
Become an advocate: Share our content in your network or bring in partnerships. Show us with screenshots. If you want support, ask for help.
Create content: Create social posts, articles, memes, designs, or videos that explain or expand our vision. All our content is copyleft, so rip, re-use, and remix it. We will actively promote quality.
Buy and stake an Operator ordinal: Buy an Operator ordinal on , stake it on the to earn XP and secure your access to future rewards in the Logos cryptoeconomy.
Attend a meetup: Logos will be starting IRL chapters focused on helping local communities. Attend and help organise them to further our mission.
Open-source culture embodies Logos' core values of freedom, optimism, rationalism, humanism, and cultural loyalty. It's not just about making code publicly available, it's about creating systems that anyone can understand, improve, and help govern.
By building Logos as a truly open-source project, we:
Empower individuals to shape the tools and networks they rely on
Foster transparency and trust through public development
Enable resilience by removing reliance on any single entity or authority
Open source is how we turn passive users into active citizens of the network. It’s how we ensure Logos remains accountable, adaptable, and aligned with its community’s values. Epoch 3 is our collective opportunity to lay these foundations together.
Now is the time to get involved and actively help build the Logos cyberstate. Those who contribute consistently and create high-impact value will have the opportunity to earn their own Operator Ordinal.
