Epoch 2 marks the transition from foundation to expansion, as Operators begin forming and joining self-sovereign communities. With the launch of OpChan Beta, Logos moves beyond centralised platforms, providing a censorship-resistant space for community formation and coordination.

#### Theme and Objectives

The theme of Epoch 2, Seeding Self-Sovereign Communities, focuses on fostering independent, self-governing Cells that will drive the next phase of the Logos cybernation. Our key objectives include:

* **Launching OpChan Beta:** A decentralised hub for communication, planning, and governance, open to all participants.
* **Growing Local and Digital Cells:** Operators are encouraged to establish and join Cells based on shared goals, geography, or expertise, forming the foundation of Logos’ self-sovereign network.
